PWCS Foundation

Overview

Formed in 2015, the Foundation was established as a 501c3 entity to support the operations of Pewamo-Westphalia Community Schools in a supplementary manner. As stated within the Foundation's bylaws:

It shall be the primary purpose of this Foundation to enhance and enrich educational opportunities for the students of Pewamo-Westphalia Community Schools. The primary purpose shall include funding for educational programs activities, equipment and materials that are above and beyond the normal school budgetary capabilities and abilities of the District. It shall be a policy of the Foundation to make grants only for educational programs, activities and materials of the District that can be identified directly or indirectly as part of or in support of school curriculum.

Current PWCS Foundation Members are... Lissa Rennaker (President), Gina Huhn (Vice-President), Kelsey Droste (Treasurer), Ryan Portenga (Secretary), Becky Yerge (Trustee), Monica Newman (Trustee), Kali Schneider (Trustee), Chase Carpenter (Trustee), and Kerri Smith (Trustee).
